Knitting gauge matters
Here is a Woolmi’s short story.
I’ve been knittin many years and never been able to catch the gauge of the pattern. Never. Even if I use absolutely the same yarn and needs. And it’s normal. We all have different styles of knitting.
So.
I decided to make patterns with the possibility to change the gauge, and also measurements . And I made Woolmi app.
But …
Now I see that the app is useful for experienced knitters and a bit difficult for beginners.
It doesn’t have photos of the styles (impossible to make samples for so many options ). And users doubt what the result will look like.
I spent a lot of time figuring out what to do and how to join classic pdf patterns which you all love with my genius (but a bit difficult) app which also has a lot of fans.
From here was born my new small project.
How it works
Customisable patterns bundle contains PDF knitting patterns with photos, videos and schemes, but with one additional option:
if your gauge is different from the pattern you can change it.
